BRIEF STORY SYNOPSIS (SPACEBASS):
"It was a dark and stormy night..." and Kismet wants to hear some stories like her grandfather used to tell her as a child. Blackwell, Fortunado, Tiberius & Stargrave oblige her with four tales from their past -how they came to the Psycho Circus!

SPACEBASS SAYS:
This issue includes the third installment of a Kevin Conrad interview.
I HAVE to comment on the cover first. It is so outstanding that I thoroughly believe that it will be a fan favorite for a LONG time to come! I'm glad that the Medina/Conrad team have started doing the covers. Another thing that I have been neglecting to mention: isn't it cool how Blackwell wears that noose as a tie? Also, check out that cute little mouse on page one. Details!
Anyway, on to other things. Kismet is back! Cool, huh? I thought so. This comic could have EASILY been made into four issues. It took me twice as long to rip through it, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Compare this issue to #3- "Nature" and you can see how Brian Holguin mixes it up. "Nature" was a fast-paced actioner, while "Four Sides" moves at a much calmer pace. I really appreciate how this book does not stick to formulas. You never know the exact layout of the comic, and that is what I think makes it so fresh every month. That is also why it is so hard to choose a favorite story; they are all so good, but, for different reasons. If you want to read a story about how Tiberius gets his spear, read this one. If you want a story about how he drops it, read "Nature of the Beast". Either way, you are in for a treat.

We work long & hard on many of the pictures found on this site. Please do us a favor: don't
rationalize stealing ANYTHING. If you can't create an original web site, don't do one!
Real simple, right? Anyway, if you do, I'll let my boys Nicky & Mickey pay you a visit. I may
even go as far as getting the Nightmare King to resurrect Deuce! This could get ugly...
